Effective 1/1/24, the following policy will be in place:
Late Cancellation Fee ($5): If you need to cancel a class, we kindly ask that you do so at least 24 hours before the class starts. This allows your fellow members the opportunity to fill that spot. A fee of $5 will be charged for cancellations made within this 24-hour window.
No-Show Fee ($20): We understand that life can be unpredictable. However, to respect the time and effort of our trainers and fellow members, a $20 fee will be charged for no-shows. This applies only to our unlimited access membership holders.
Package Holders: For members with class packages, please note that if you do not show up for a class or cancel late, you will lose that class from your package.
To cancel or freeze a monthly membership, please email memberservices@undisputedboxinggym.com. No cancellations or freeze requests will be processed in person or over the phone. Cancellations or freezes must be requested in writing 30 days before the next billing date
