Rebecca has been coaching since 2012, after having two children and leaving the corporate world behind. Now, she specializes in HIIT and strength training. Rebecca encourages clients to challenge themselves and to never be comfortable; the discomfort is where we grow. Rebecca loves the amazing energy of group training and trains herself as much as possible. You can count on Rebecca to bring motivating music to her classes — she’s always got a playlist going!
