Michael is no stranger to the world of martial arts and boxing; he grew up following his father, Tony Atlas, around the gym. As such, he came up through the ranks, earning the 2014 California State Golden Gloves super-heavyweight title. A year later, Michael retired from competitive boxing and went back to the gym to help others hone their skills. A self-proclaimed “jack of all trades,” Michael loves martial arts, but is more concerned about being well-rounded and balanced. He knows how hard this lifestyle can be on your body and wants to teach the importance of good form and enjoys helping people to be strong and healthy as they age.
