Set to high energy music, you’ll learn boxing techniques through a series of authentic routines that are mixed in with burpees, squats, lunges, and push-ups. Each class incorporates heavy punching bags and may utilize other conditioning equipment like medicine balls and free weights as well. No two classes are the same, so come ready to fight!
