This unique, 90 minute class is broken up into three brutal half hour workouts taught by 3 different instructors featuring cardio, kickboxing, and boot camp drills. Each “mini-class” flies by because you're too busy sweating to even look at the clock! You'll get "warmed up" with 30 minutes of cardio - be it running outside or cardio-kickboxing, and then move on to non-stop vigorous bag work for 30 minutes, immediately followed by fierce boot camp drills that'll have you running through ladders, jumping over hurdles, and using medicine balls and kettle bells. Each instructor brings their own flavor – it’s like getting 3 separate classes in one! This is a take-no-prisoners workout and a great way to welcome in the weekend!
